The Sacristans Ministry oversees and supports liturgical ministers at Mass while ensuring that everything is properly prepared for the celebration of the liturgy. Sacristans carefully set up the altar, sacred vessels, books, and other necessary items before Mass, helping create a reverent and orderly environment for worship.

After the liturgy, sacristans respectfully clean and care for the sacred vessels and ensure that all liturgical items are properly stored. Their attentive service behind the scenes plays a vital role in maintaining the dignity and smooth flow of the Mass. Through quiet dedication and reverence for the sacred, sacristans help support the beauty and integrity of the Church’s liturgical life.
