Baptism Preparation

Baptism Preparation provides formation for parents seeking the Sacrament of Baptism for their child. This process helps parents understand the meaning of Baptism, the responsibilities of raising a child in the Catholic faith, and the important role of godparents.

Through instruction, reflection, and discussion, families are guided in preparing for this joyful and sacred moment. The program emphasizes the lifelong commitment to nurturing a child’s faith within the home and parish community. For more information, please contact Magali Gonzalez at (317) 701-3921 or This email address is being protected from spambots. First Reconciliation & First Holy Communion

First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion prepare children to encounter both the mercy and the presence of Christ in a profound way. Through catechesis, prayer, and guided reflection, children learn about God’s forgiveness in the Sacrament of Reconciliation and the healing grace that comes from confessing their sins. At the same time, they are formed to understand the meaning of the Eucharist and the Real Presence of Jesus in Holy Communion. Preparation includes learning about the parts of the Mass, developing reverence for the sacred, and deepening their relationship with Christ.

These sacraments mark important milestones in a child’s faith journey, strengthening their connection to the Church and encouraging regular participation in the sacramental life. Families are supported throughout the preparation process, reinforcing the role of parents as the primary educators of their children in the faith. For more information, please contact Magali Gonzalez at (317) 701-3921 or This email address is being protected from spambots.
